In 2017, Arteria evolved from full-service to fractional.​ We became the strategic partner trusted to align brand experience with business goals, reducing drag, clarifying direction, and embedding cultural cohesion, transforming brands into strategic levers for performance, loyalty, and growth.
 
So how did we get there?

In 2006, Natasha Wells took Directorship, rebuilding Arteria into a boutique branding agency serving clients globally and across NZ. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, we've delivered successful transformations, adapted to market shifts, refined positioning for profitability, and gained deep insights into navigating change.

By 2017, we identified a key gap in the NZ market: established service businesses facing leadership transitions, cultural instability, rapid digital shifts, or customer churn don't need tactical fixes or superficial refreshes. They need a strategic partner to bridge business goals and brand experience, clarifying direction, embedding cohesion, and turning brands into systems for performance, loyalty, and scalable success.

Natasha dug out her kiwi 'number 8 wire' problem-solver determination and first-principles entrepreneur curiosity to reimagine Arteria from the ground up.
