This 20-minute onboarding call is the first step in our Brand Identity Design process. On this call we'll confirm what strategic foundations you have in place, and review your current brand situation to confirm which of our three fixed-price identity services (Logo & Identity Refresh, Brand Identity System, or Brand Identity Pack) is the best fit for your business. , and answer any questions you have. No obligation. No extended proposal process delays. You'll speak with an experienced brand specialist, able to answer your questions and direct you to the right service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Reschedule Notice Thanks for booking a Brand Chat. I value your time and hold space for these sessions just like I would for any client project. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. This helps me stay available for other businesses who may be waiting for support, and ensures every session gets the focus it deserves. If something unexpected comes up, no stress.
